Gold retailers at the Atlanta Jewelry Show this year saw bumper sales following an 11 per cent increase in attendance.<BR/><BR/>The show, held at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, between February 28th and March 1st this year attracted the highest attendance in over a decade.<BR/><BR/>Highlights of the 2004 show included a special presentation by award-winning jewellery designer Robert Lee Morris on the creative and business challenges faced by the jewellery industry, a special awards ceremony to recognize winners of the new Jewelry Design Competition, a joint project between SJTA and Savannah College of Art and Design, and the You Buy, You Fly buyer loyalty program, which enabled exhibitors to award Delta SkyMiles to anyone placing an order at the show.<BR/><BR/>"The February show was one of the best attended shows in the history of SJTA. The Atlanta Jewelry Show is establishing a reputation within the industry for its wide array of product selection and quality vendors, impressive seminar offerings, unique buyer incentives and most of all for its overall hospitable atmosphere," Carol Young, executive director of SJTA, managers and producers of the Atlanta Jewelry Show, commented.<BR/><BR/>The Atlanta Jewelry Show is back at the Cobb Galleria Centre between August 7th and 9th.
