Top designer jewellery is to be showcased in a US boutique this week, with a host of gold items included.

The boutique in Terrace Park called One in a Million is the only store in the Midwest to carry the pieces, according to The Enquirer.

Among the items are gold jewellery, necklaces, chokers and multi-strand pieces.

Designers include Davide Bigazzi, a gold and silversmith based in Italy, Lucia Antonelli, Reba Engel and artists Mummy's Bundle.
