Virginia Gold Mines has announced it is to start drilling on its Eleonore project site following a recent discovery of high-grade mineralisation in one of its zones.<BR/><BR/>An excavator, drill and bulldozer will be used in the Roberto Zone and various other targets of interest.<BR/><BR/>A considerable amount of work has already been conducted at the site, with positive results and a substantial gold resource is already being formed.<BR/><BR/>It is hoped future drilling will help to considerably increase the gold resource even further.<BR/><BR/>Virginia is one of the most active mining exploration firms in Quebec and concentrates on sites all across unexplored regions in northern Quebec.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=3436366"/>
