Tuesday, 19th October 2004 (3875 views) Ivanhoe Mines has revealed it has signed an agreement with Entree Gold to explore a new gold project in Mongolia.<BR/><BR/>The deal will include the potential development of approximately 40,000 hectares of land in the Shivee Tolgoi Project and will see Ivanhoe acquire 4.6 million of Entr e Gold units.<BR/><BR/>Ivanhoe's deputy chairman, Edward Flood, explained the agreement has a number of conditions in order for the company to have a participating interest in the project.<BR/><BR/>The company has operations in the Asia Pacific region and produces gold, copper and iron ore products.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=3652932"/>
