Canadian based mining firm Shore Gold has announced that it has listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The firm previously announced its application, which has now been approved and will come into effect from November 26th this year.

According to president and chief executive, Kenneth E MacNeill, the move will see the company trade under 'SGF' and will no longer trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Shore Gold deals in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties.

The company is currently involved with the Star Diamond project in Central Saskatchewan.
