Monday, 20th December 2004 (6243 views) South Africa is providing a number of new jewellery items to appeal to women this Christmas.<br/><br/>South African jewellery designer Vernon White claims that this season the biggest trend in jewellery is to wear unique items that feature the semi precious stone tanzanite.<br/><br/>Popular items include tiny dragonfly pendants, chandelier earrings and plain studs, according to IOL.<br/><br/>In addition, one particular must-have for jewellery fans is the puzzle ring from contemporary designer Mark Gold.<br/><br/>The ring comes in a series of movable parts made from pink or white gold or platinum and is set in a band of steel.<br/><br/>Prices for the ring range from Rs 6,600 to Rs 41,000 for the male version and R19,400 to £385,000 for the women's range.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7368401"/>
