Rajesh moves into gold and diamond sector

One of the biggest players in India's gold jewellery sector, Rajesh Exports, has announced that it is to move into the branded diamond jewellery sector.<br/><br/>The jeweller will now start to make gold jewellery featuring diamonds, including necklaces and bracelets, according to Business India.<br/> <br/>Rajesh Mehta, managing director of Rajesh Exports, said: "With this we are poised to make a mark on the international diamond jewellery market."<br/><br/>Unlike others, Rajesh plans to offer a complete product rather than taking more of a retail approach and will design and manufacture jewellery in-house.<br/><br/>Products will be marketed in Europe, Japan, the US and the Middle East.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7440162"/>
