Online retailer Overstock.com has announced a new service to reap the benefits from the thousands of young couples getting engaged this Valentine's Day.<br/><br/>'Build Your Own Ring' allows online customers to completely design their own engagement ring and have the exact style they want.<br/><br/>The feature is on the front page of the retailer's jewellery department and also hopes to offer customers value for money.<br/><br/>Joanne Dalebout, expert jewellery buyer for Overstock.com explained: "No couple who shops with us will have to compromise on their engagement ring.<br/><br/>Customers can pick the precious metal of their choice, diamond and setting and also keep check on their budget.<br/><br/>The service also offers customers advice on jewellery buying and the various types involved, with a choice of 14 or 18 carat yellow or white gold, or platinum.<br/><br/>Two main steps are involved in the process and the ring is shipped within five business days.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7669373"/>
