Thursday, 17th February 2005 (5693 views) A host of Indian handicrafts and textiles are currently being showcased in Chennai.<br/><br/>Items come from various parts of the country and include jewellery, temple jewellery, sarees and paintings, according to News Today.<br/><br/>The expo lasts until the end of the month and also features different kinds of jewellery, like that worn by classical dancers.<br/><br/>Ornaments include pieces made of silver and studded with gold leaves and ancient stones.<br/><br/>Traditional gold bangles of Rajasthan will also be displayed, with a set of six bangles costing Rs 550.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7824717"/>
