Thursday, 27th October 2005 (5714 views) London venue Umbruca is to add an expensive cocktail, which comes complete with a 24-carat gold pin, to its drinks menu.Costing £333, the Magie Noir will be served to customers in a crystal glass as of Saturday. It consists of Richard Hennessy cognac, Dom Perignon vintage champagne, Crème de Mure, lemongrass, lychees and an extract of the aphrodisiac yohimbe bark. The finishing touch is a 24-carat white gold cocktail pin made by jewellery designer Tom Binns. The original drink was created following a request for something very special from Goldman Sachs employees who were out celebrating a bonus. Other glitzy cocktails include the Bling, which is on sale in South Africa and includes a diamond set in 24-carat gold.
