Sinclair Limoges adds glittering touch to wedding

Wednesday, 14th December 2005 (4019 views)

Luxury goods businessman Hugues Longelin-Pingle and model Lydia Hanni celebrated their wedding with several of his company Sinclair Limoges' collectable boxes.

The couple have released details of their November Hollywood wedding, in which a gold-covered box was used to present the ring and adorned boxes were also distributed to each of the wedding guests.

During the exchanging of their vows, Mr Longelin-Pingle presented his bride with her wedding ring in a specially crafted, hand-painted and 18-carat gold-encrusted Sinclair Limoges box.

The bride wore a $10,000 haute couture dress, with a pearl necklace from Place Vendome worth over $50,000, while the groom sported a Baume and Mercier reversible watch valued at $10,000.

Sinclair Limoges caters for collectors of boxes, jewellery and porcelain from Limoges in France, for which Mr Longelin-Pingle has a passion.

Its collection is sold in fine jewellery stores, arts and antiques galleries and department stores.
