Hollywood stars were out in force to attend the annual Golden Globes awards this week, with many of the celebrities choosing to accessorise with gold.

With all eyes on the leading ladies of the occasion, the red carpet provided the ideal opportunity to show off the latest trends in gold jewellery.

Representing the UK, Keira Knightly stepped out in full Cartier, including a stunning diamond hair clasp, while fellow English beauty Rachel Weisz accepted her best supporting actress award also wearing Cartier.

Geena Davis showed off her Harry Winston five-carat ruby earrings, complete with 14 carats of brilliant-cut diamonds, adding to the look with an eight-carat emerald cut diamond ring from the same designer.

Proving that men can also accessorise, actor Jamie Foxx was sporting a six Time Zone Watch/Pocket watch from Jacob & Co, reported to be a favourite with male stars.
