Main decline work is 'going fine', says DynastyMonday, 29th January 2007 (2367 views) Work is now underway at the main decline at Ana Michele, situated at Dynasty Metals & Mining's Zaruma gold project in Ecuador.In a project update, Dynasty announced that the Municipal Government of Portovelo has received its permit regarding plant construction. Additionally, an environmental impact study has been completed and is now in the process if being analysed by the Ministry of Mines and Energy. A decision relating to the issuing of an operating permit is predicted before the latter stages of March. Although heavy machinery such as jaw crushers and ball mills have both been acquired by the mining company, it will take until the end of February for them to be delivered, it is expected. Meanwhile, Dynasty reports that is has received a lot of interest about the role the new Ecuadorian government will play as regards gold mining. Following discussions with members of the new administration, Dynasty believes that support exists for the continuing development of the Zaruma gold project and said talks had resulted in "considerable comfort" that it shall be backed by the government.
