Valdez has sights on five gold anomalies

Thursday, 19th April 2007 (2177 views)

Preliminary work completed by Valdez Gold on its Jarros Norte in Chihuahua state, Mexico, has highlighted a possible five areas that may now be targeted.

These five spots differ in terms of gold anomalism and were determined after the mining company had carried out a total of 426 stream sediment samples and gauged the results of this work.

The Jarros Norte site is located near to the Pinos Altos property which is owned by Agnico-Eagles and Valdez Gold is at the present time attempting to get to grips with the details that it has garnered from exploration work thus far.

According to Valdez Gold, it is now focused on a "second stage exploration program to collect more information regarding these five anomalies using closer soil and
rock sampling intervals".

A more detailed set of results and accompanying report will be made available by the gold miner in the future once it has managed to conduct further exploration work at the Jarros Norte property.
