Gold promotion at jewellery showTuesday, 18th December 2007 (2855 views) Gold is to be promoted at this year's Jaipur Jewellery Show that will run from December 21st to 25th 2007, it has emerged.In order to promote the precious metal, 30 members of the Gold Art Promotion Council of Pakistan (GAPC-Pakistan) will head to the event in India, the Post reports, with delegation to hold a dialogue with the association in order to boost trade relations. "The show would be helpful in providing new opportunities in starting trade between Pakistan and India in the private sector," the Pakistani newspaper said. It adds that the GAPC-Pakistan will aim to promote private sector traders to India in order to encourage direct relations between businesspeople in both countries. Following the design of the one-off iDiamond iPod by Mr Meyerdahl, Bornrich.org reported on the launch of the iDiamond ear headphones created by the same designer, with each earphone made of 18 carat gold and set with 204 diamonds and limited to 1,000 numbered pairs.
