Integra announces more intercepts

Monday, 19th May 2008 (515 views)

Integra has announced that it has received further "encouraging" gold drill intercepts from its southern extensions to the Sald Creek gold deposit at the Aldiss-Randalls Gold Project.

The firm reports that the intercepts at the 100 per cent-owned project further extends the known strike length of the deposit to one kilometre.

It adds that its work to define and extend the deposit, which is situated 60km east of Kalgoorlie in western Australia, is continuing aggressively.

Chris Cairns, managing director of Integra, said: "The extension of gold mineralisation at Salt Creek to one kilometre is a significant milestone for this greenfields discovery.

"All our people can be rightly proud of their achievements to date."

He added that much work remains to be done with regard to its continued drilling to the northern and southern extensions of the deposit, with some encouraging first-pass intercepts from the Moehegan Prospect.
