Mexoro Minerals has released results from three new drill holes at its project in Cieneguita.

The holes consist of 31 core holes covering 7,166 metres and were recently completed.

One hole reported 1.17 g/t of gold over five metres and another found 1.24 g/t of gold over 111.5 metres and 1.72 g/t of gold over 74 metres.

The last hole found 1.31 g/t of gold over 59.5 metres.

Barry Quiroz, vice president of exploration for Mexoro Minerals, said: "We are very pleased to see these extensions of the mineralisation and the consistency in grades provides evidence of large bulk tonnage precious metals (+/- base metals) deposit."

The Cieneguita project is in Chihuahua, Mexico and covers 822 hectares.

Mexoro Minerals also has Mexican projects at Guazapares, Encino Gordo and Sahuayacan.

Paramount and Mexoro Minerals recently signed a strategic alliance to combine their expertise in mining and exploration - both companies have projects in the Sierra Madre area of Chihuahua.
