Nilam outlines production scheduleThursday, 26th June 2008 (508 views) Gold mining company Nilam Resources has announced its production schedule for its 1.2 million tons of tailings on its Llipa property.It is thought that the company will reprocess the tailings and use the revenue to finance the infrastructure to get the mine in Peru fully functional. The company is expected to have all three of its mines back up and running within the next two years. "We hope to have the company producing these tailing within the next months," Dr Len DeMelt remarked. "Re-processing these tailings will provide substantial added revenue for the company," he added. Dr DeMelt commented that Nilam believes that reducing the harmful environmental effects of gold and silver mining will benefit shareholders as well as residents in Peru. Nilam Resources is a gold production company that focuses on the precious metal reserves in South America, with a particular interest in Peru. The group is committed to catering for the growing demands for mineral resources and long-term geological projects.
