Goldeye Explorations and joint venture partner Temex Resources have announced results for their drilling programme in Ontario.

The $400,000 exploration programme at the Juby North JV property added ten holes covering 1,980 metres to the area, bringing the total to 17 holes covering 3,185 metres.

The company reported a highlight in the western Juby main zone of 2.47 g/t of gold across 22.3 metres and 5.43 g/t of gold over 3.65 metres.

Another hole reported an interval of 1.26 g/t of gold across 61.60 metres. In that interval were results of 2.47 g/t of gold across 22.30 metres and 5.43 g/t of gold across 3.65 metres.

Goldeye Explorations said the results were encouraged as "the program extended the auriferous zones and demonstrated the potential for not only significant strike lengths with the potential for higher grade shoots, but also the potential for additional gold discoveries."

The Juby North property covers 5,520 acres.

Temex Resources has two other gold projects in Ontario, the Timmins gold project and the Latchford gold project.
