Estimate announced for CieneguitaFriday, 29th August 2008 (466 views) A preliminary estimate has been completed at the Cieneguita project, reports Mexoro Minerals.Inferred geologic material at the site reported at 14.86 million tons with a grading of 2.12 g/t of gold-equivalent. Barry Quiroz, vice-president of exploration, said that the completion of the estimate was a "big step forward" for the company. In addition, he said: "It also confirms that there is an excellent potential to significantly expand the mineralized body with additional infill drilling." For the estimate, 45 drill holes were completed and 37 of these returned assay results. Last month, Mexoro Minerals announced it more results from three new holes drilled at the project in Chihuahua. Results included 0.88 g/t of gold across 154 metres, 1.21 g/t of gold across 94 metres, 0.75 g/t of gold across 103 metres and 1.72 g/t of gold across 31 metres. In addition, the company announced it had added a second drill to the project earlier this month.
